Simply reply to the confirmation e-mail you receive after you’ve placed your order and attach your art file. This ensures that we can match your artwork to the specific order you’ve placed.

If you prefer, you can simply e-mail your artwork to your Account Manager who will be in contact with you promptly after we receive your order. Regardless, there’s no need to worry, our Customer Care team will review your order and contact you prior to production to work out all the details!

Remember, artwork preparation is FREE and you’ll receive an e-mail or faxed (your choice!) mockup for your approval – FREE – before your order goes into production!

We can accept anything: e-mailed art, faxed art, or mailed hard copy. Just send us what you have and we’ll work with you on the rest. Remember, your artwork will be handled personally by a member of our art team. They have the experience and education required to make sure everything turns out just like you imagined it! Even though we prefer vector art, we have the latest in software and technology so we can open just about any file type out there. Below are some of the most common file types:

Adobe Acrobat .pdf Embed the fonts used or export as generic .eps
Adobe Illustrator .ai, .eps Convert text to outlines, embed any linked images and save as version 10 or lower
Microsoft Office Files .doc, .ppt, .pub Embed or include fonts
Bitmaps (Scans, faxes, web images etc) .jpg, .tif, .pcx, .gif, .png, .bmp Send as is
